I am happy to be able to go out from house today to settle some things at town. But I got burned It will take time to heal the burn though. Went home this afternoon and didn't get to nap, and now I feel very sleepy after dinner. I will off from mylot early today and will continue tomorrow. I can't even think properly what to write here. But will the exhaustion beats isomnia? Stay safe, take care. Adie, June 2020

I think it's true but vice versa we also get easily tired & exhausted when we lack sleep without necessarily falling asleep

Burned like sunburn? Sorry to hear. Lavendar oil really helps with that. I hope you get some good sleep

@Adie04 ah I think any type of lavender oil - just be sure it's essential oil, not fragrance which could burn more. Hmm, I find it at grocery stores, health food stores, ... those kinds of places or I bet plain Vitamin E oil would work too :-) I've even heard olive oil

I think yes. When I am exhausted I tend to sleep too early than my usual sleeping time and woke up a little late.

Have a good night's sleep. Exhaustion often does beat insomnia. Is it sunburn? I hope it heals quickly.

It's kinda good because you're getting a sleep. Isomnia not good because you have trouble to sleep.

I think so because when one is heavily exhausted he or she can easily fall to a goodnight sleep.

Exhaustion does the trick sometimes, but I've had some instances where I'm pretty tired but still can't fall asleep, this is usually quite frustrating. Have a nice rest dear

Oh, I've ever encountered that too. It's double trouble
