Good morning, Just woke up a little bit ago and going to start making dinner. I am doing a pot roast in the slow cooker which will take about 8 hours. Odd starting dinner this early in the morning but I am looking forward to it and need it done about 5-6 pm so getting a early start on it. I also have to run out and get cigarettes today so once I have the pot roast going I will shower and head out and get that done. They say we are going to get back up into the 80’s F (27 C) for at least the next few days. I was enjoying the cooler weather. Time to get to making dinner, hope you all have a good day.

I love slow cooking like that, when you can smell it all day..That is awesome. I might make some chicken barbecue soon using that method.

I enjoy using our slow cooker, it makes life easier on busy days. Hope you enjoy your dinner and a safe trip to town. It's cool and rainy here, 56 on June 16th....2020 has been bizarre. Not to worry though, by the weekend we'll be back to normal temp's for this time of year....90's

Sounds like we live in the same place as far as weather goes. although our heat up is starting today.
