What kind of fish you like? How do you like it cooked?

Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening my dear mylotters
I woke up today in a good weather. Sunny and cool air. It`s nice to go outside today for a good walk around our place and enjoy the weather
I like fish sometimes and I want it the way my mother cooked it. The fish I like is Tilapia I don`t know what is called in other country. And my mother will cover the fish with salt then fried the fish first. Then, fry garlic, onion, egg(optional) and tomatoes separately then combined them later. She calls it ``Fish Sarciado``. I love the combination. 
How about you my dear mylotters? What kind of fish you like? How do you like it cooked?

I like charcoal roasted fish, any kind with lemon butter sauce ( melted butter, fried garlic, lemon or calamansi and hot sauce like tabasco)

@m_audrey6788 I don´t buy fish in an Asian shop. I have noticed that some of the fishes they sold were already defrosted and again frozen. That is not good. It is better to buy the fish in the German supermarket. You are welcome.

Yes, all the fishes are I love to eat and also that Tilapia too. Actually, I have a fish pond here that take cared, the fishes are Haw-an(Muddy fish), Cat fish(Hito),and the Tilapia fish. I'm glad you eat that fish too. Thank you for sharing this to us, your dish today is yummy.

I like baked in the oven or on the grill. In fact, it all depends on the type of fish, I like catfish fried in oil

I'm not a big fish lover so the only fish I enjoy is shrimp and scallops. Of course I like tuna from the can mixed with mayonnaise

That recipe sounds delicious! Me, I love dry fish like dry any or dry ahi (tuna). I like dry sardines too. Noe though, they got half dry Ines, so not for me. Dry sardines, slightly roasted, then clean it out take the head off then eat it with hot rice, sooooo good!
