Why You Like To earn Money Online?

There was a brief period when I thought making money online would work for me and it was during the period of strict lockdown in India around the April and May but I find it very hard because you cannot go all out and it's very hard to earn online. It's equal to 2X work that you do on a job so this makes things very difficult.
That's why I look at online earnings to pay for my internet bills etc.
What's your reason to make money online? Are you successful at it?

Right now I don't need any money because my husband supports me financially. I work online just for socializing.

been 2 years work from blog, youtube & making apps.
im doing it because i had lot of free time from my main job (im supervisor of a little shop)
my advice is: dont put all eggs in the one basket

I don`t earn too much online but I don`t have a choice. It`s hard for me to find a job around here especially that I have personal problems with myself

I have a talent to write, which should be worth something. Instead, I earn a small amount online, working hard. Is it worth my time? I love what I'm doing, but earn little.

@Butterfingers i'm a student and in my country i can't get a job if i'm one (maybe as help in a cafe or restaurant, or you can fold clothes in stores, but you need "connections" to get these jobs). the other option is babysitting or taking care of old people - but not many people are looking for that.
