Fried milkfish

Yesterday my wife cooked milkfish, she fried it. It is popular in here as know as "bandeng". It is grown in brackish water farm. In the nature, the can be fiund in mangrove area. Yummy yummy gor my tummy

We had milkfish the other day but not fried. We broiled it on charcoal and it has stuffings inside - tomatoes and onions.

I like the milkfish belly. We call it "bangus" here. The best tasting ones are found in my province, in the city of Dagupan.
