A Good Samaritan is being called a hero after he smashed the window of an auto where a dog was trapped inside during a hot day at a supermarket in Swansea Wales.
Even though the window was slightly open, a woman who saw the incident attracted the attention of Zoey Thornton who shot the video of the incident.
Zoey had contacted employees of the supermarket to locate the owners of the dog who was trapped inside the auto for about 30 minutes.
Out of the blue, a Good Samaritan used a weapon to break open the window and was able to get the dog out of the auto safely.
A woman who was in the area of the incident washed the dog with water to cool him off.
The owners of the dog then came out of the market to reunite with the dog about the same time the local police showed up to warn them not to allow a pet inside an auto in hot weather.
The Good Samaritan who saved the dog did the right thing by saving the dog from passing away by breaking the window since saving a life of an animal who was in danger of death was justified breaking the window of an auto that was not his own.

I agree with you since dogs do not deserve to be treated like that.

That's wonderful. In our place what the person did is vandalism and he had be fined and put to prison.

I understand that in many nations breaking a window without calling the authorities first to inform them that they intend to save a child or animal is a crime. This is a backwards world.

It is better to have a save dog story than a tragic story on this site,

It would have a tragic event had the dog passed away from the heat inside the auto had the Good Samaritan not rescued the pet,

we scream as we should when I child is left in a hot car. Dogs end up the same. It is horrific.

I agree with you that someone who leaves a pet inside a hot car needs to be told about the dangers of a possible tragic ending.

You are correct. The Good Samaritan will be rewarded for his wonderful save of the pet inside of the hot car.

I will never understand this. Don't people understand that they are literally baking the dog as if he were in an oven? Why don't they get that?

Some people are not that smart when it comes to dealing with their pets and the heat inside of their autos.

That is true since I am sure that the owners of the dog had good intentions.

It makes me angry when I hear of stories like this. That poor dog must have been suffering from the heat. I'm glad someone was able to get it out.

30 minutes inside of that oven almost ended the dog's life.
