Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to all my dear mylotters
I woke up with a wonderful weather today. Sunny and cool air. I`m thinking of having a morning walk later. 
Today, I`m thinking of cooking beef steak (Filipino style) It`s a simple one to prepare and I love the little sauce taste it brings to the beef. The beef is sliced into thin and fried a little and then put some little soy sauce and lemon. You can add some sprinkle of pepper if you want but mine I don`t like. and then let it simmer for 5minutes and then put some red onions. Then, serve

If its steak that is 1/2 inch or thicker I prefer it grilled.
If it is thin, like a steak tenderloin, I prefer it quickly pan fried.
I usually cut that into strips so that we can enjoy it on wraps.
We like to rub a little olive oil on our steaks and then shake a little steak spice on them prior to cooking.

@m_audrey6788 I have to say that I do NOT like barbeque sauce on my meat. If you buy good quality meat, you do not need to hide it under sauces.
Enjoy your day today, we are going to start to get ready to go out for the day. We need to have an early start.

@m_audrey6788 the best steak which is imported is still expensive but for local beef ideal for beef steak FIlipino version with onions and some seasoning it is cheaper

I love beef steak, and I enjoy eating it both grilled and fried. Like Julia mentioned in her comment, if it's a thicker cut of beef I prefer to grill it, but if it's cut into thinner slices I like to fry it in a pan. But either way, it is very tasty!

I like grilled beef too. Here we call it suya, the beef is chopped into tiny pieces, grilled, then we add pepper, onions and cabbages.

I don't have a grill so I fry it in a cast iron skillet on the stove. I prefer my meat medium-rare.

Of course I love beef steak, especially grilled in medium-rare level so the inner texture is still juicy.
I've been trying to grill myself at home but never succeed :D
