A delicious sandwich made with hard boiled egg´s paste.

I had 2 hard boiled eggs. I had boileed them yesterday, when I cooked the beets. The shells looked like those eggs from country hens.
I mashed them today, before I had to give them to Luna. I added a rest of a homemade mayo I had done some days ago and a bit of mustard.
I have several kinds of bread. You never know when the bread will disappear from the market. There is no way of buying flour or yeast anymore.
I made a delicious sandwich but there was still some paste left. Those mashed deviled eggs were the best of treats. YUM!!!

This reminds me of my personal egg sandwich with the boiled egg, mayo and pickle relish. That simple but nice to eat.

I love what we call egg salad, which is exactly what you made. At times I add minced celery, also. It's the best sandwich in the world!
