An Unbelievable Request (To Me)

So I have talked about how bad my apartment is (I can leave next April -Covid kept me from being able to move this past April): no hot water, the water actually turning my skin red, and getting a rash from it, and that is just the beginning. That's not even going into the neighbors who yell F you at midnight to each other, or the massive amount of dog poop a lot of people don't pick up (I always pick my dog's poop up, it's not hard!). So what request is unbelievable? My apartment manager asked me to write a five star review of my apartment complex, and to name her specifically in that glowing online review. She wasn't kidding! I told her I would think about it, and I did. I thought about how hilarious that request was.

If you are going to put your name beside a review, make it an honest review. Just imagine if you go by a review to find another place and it turns out to be a lie.

If I were to post a review I would never write what she wanted. I want to give a warning, not push deceit.

@AmbiePam Better to say nothing, otherwise she may make your life difficult, there could be additional charges when you move. I would not trust someone like that.

The water heater is broken, and they keep trying to fix it with no luck. They need to replace it, but they won't.
