I have met a lot of people who hated the Mathematics subject. They dreaded their math class when they were students.
But I have always loved math ever since I was in grade school. I always look forward to my math classes. It’s because I find it easier to deal with numbers and in math, there’s always a formula that you can follow so it’s easier to figure out.
Now that I’m in the university, I don’t have math classes anymore and I miss it because my major does not require math classes.
What subject do you love and hate when you were a student??

I loved Maths and I am still very good at it. I teach Maths to students up to 10 grade here. Later in University I opted for biology and biotechnology. That required only a bit of statistics and not actual Maths.

You have my respect for being a Maths teacher! I wanted to do microbiology when I was in high school, but decided against it because of my trouble with Maths. (I had a great teacher, too, so it's all my fault.)

@petatonicsca Yes it's a personal interest that counts. My elder daughter is very good with Maths but younger one doesn't like it though her favorite is her Maths teacher

I hated math but loved science. Now that I am older, I am really interested in earth science, especially seismology and volcanology. I have taken a few courses online. The only thing I had trouble with was the math in the seismology course, because I never got as far as calculus.

I hated math... But loved P.E.
When I got to uni I took a genetics subject and was surprised by the amount of stats related math I had to do but I loved it because it related to my passion.

@seserica Yep I had no interest in anything other than my passion... Though... geology caught my eye... I regret that decision.

One of my favorite subject is Maths. All most all classes I get 100% percentage in math. Coming to hating subject is English, I don't like that's much.
