We can say sweet words. But when some need to show efforts they just gone. This is the reality I've realize many times in my life.
We are often fall in love with those people who talks so sweet and when you are under water they are just invisible. This is a hard or harsh reality. We often experience such things. Actually some people live in their sweet tongue, sweet words cost nothing right?
I've experience of it from so called own people. They just for saying sweet words but effortless and useless most of the time.
I'm not angry, I just pointing the reality we only experience when we need these sweet people with sweet words.
In the other hand, people may not so sweet to you but when you are under water and sinking they come first with efforts. So a sweet talker is not always a lover. And a person with bitter mouth is not always your enemy.
Its time which reveal them. Bad times help to recognise such kind of people.
Its time to go to bed, good night friends.
Stay blessed!

You are right. It's tough to judge people based on few traits or behaviour. Human beings are complex and one needs to know a person deep down the skin to judge him/ her.

@SHOHANA I agree with you. All I wanted to say that we all fall for our prejudices. A sweet talker need not be a sweet and caring person.

Yes, a sweet talker can be a useless friend or partner.

Yes. That`s right but not all. It really depends on the person. We really can`t judge a person right away we must get to know them better before we trust them

I would tend to agree with you about the sweet talker, or we sometimes can call them a smooth talker too.
But has the smooth/sweet talker got any real value to their words then too, or does action really always surpass all words?
Can the smooth talker's talking hold any value, at all?
All words spoken carry actionable power within them; all affecting the hearer in at least some way, and yet heartfelt right action affects people even more, as they are helped directly, whereas words can only ever help indirectly, if we allow them to open us up to their message, if it is a good one to open up to.
If the message is a good message, it still has value, I think, even if given to us by a sweet talker.

@SHOHANA Yes, someone once said that, "actions speak louder than words," and that is still a very true saying.

And when no one is around and the water is over the head then we start to swim. They might be the option of survival. But then swimming becomes a skill and there is no worry about who would come as a sweet talker.
