Ever experienced being out of work?

This scares me... i mean our current company is losing money because of pandemic and also some regulation issues. its sad that we employees feel we might be let go anytime soon, etc its just a matter of time. When these things happen what should we do? When you also have a team to support and when you know they'll lose their job soon.. Im a bit worried for them too apart from being worried for myself.
Have you experienced anything like this? What did you do? Was it easy to find a new job? Was online job hunting an option?

I experienced that too when I used to work in a construction company and the projects was too low to survive 
I tried to search for another job that time and good thing I found another one. Life before is much better that time. I`m not so sure today

@Lavanya15 It was from a long time ago. I have resigned there too because of some personal reasons. Now, I only work online

Is there a way because of this virus that if you do find yourself out of work that you can be ok financially for awhile because you have to find work again? Yes, I have been out of work and it was so hard to find another job or find what I wanted to do.

Though I have not personally experienced it, I know of people who have lost their job in this pandemic crisis. It's tough to deal with. And finding a new job also is tough in this situation.

Not only you, all most all job holders having same situation now. Try in one earning platforms. Hope you get good job there.

In current days people losing jobs or they face huge reduce in salary because of this pandemic. Its happened while i was work that company has problem and we supported but later when company stand up again they not looked to their employee and i decided to leave. In current situation its very tough situation to get new job..
