Since the lockdown, I seldom use my wrist watches. I don't usually wear one even when I go out for errands, but only when I have my duty in the hospital. My watches should have the second hand.
I have let the watch repairman change the batteries of 2 of my watches. I have 2 more that need battery change but maybe later when these 2 will drain out.
The square-faced wrist watch was given to me by a nephew. The one with small crystals is my mother's.
I wear the 2 watches on my left wrist so they will automatically move. The round one didn't move this morning. Tomorrow,I will use one and alternate the other on the next day.
Do you still wear or use your wrist watch even if you are at home?

@ridingbet I know that I cannot see the time pass when I work outside, this is why I check my wrist watch.

Absolutely. Putting on a watch is the second thing I do when I get up in the morning, after switching off the alarm. I like watches, they're much more handy for telling the time than a phone, and you can have a few different styles to wear. Incidentally, it's actually quite easy to replace the batteries on most quartz watches yourself - you can find YouTube videos showing you how. You can save a few quid that way, since the batteries only cost pennies. If you're doing that though, remember to get Swiss batteries (such as Renata) and not the Chinese rubbish.
