Psychological assistance during the quarantine

It so happened that about a month ago I turned to a psychologist for help. There are groups of specialists who provide free advice and assistance in this difficult time. I was tormented by panic attacks or as I call VSD, I will briefly write PA. As it turned out, during the quarantine period, more and more people are faced with this problem , people lose their footing , they are unsure of the future, they do not see clearly their future, from which all the problems begin. Shortness of breath, heart palpitations, fear. Confidence that you are about to give your soul into the hands of the Lord, many say to relax and surrender to fear, they say so will pass, but this method does not always help , it only temporarily removes the symptoms so to speak but does not cure. That I can say with accuracy that without the help of a specialist can not do, it will help you find the cause, find the factor that triggered and triggered this reaction. If you remove the cause, the consequences will also disappear. Personally, I tried to constantly control my breathing, and when the body relaxed, especially in sleep , I woke up in full confidence that I was dying, scared . This condition is gradually exhausting, you stop getting enough sleep, you get a painful appearance and irritability, even somatic diseases appear . Therefore, if you encounter such a problem, you can ask for help, remember you are not alone . Take care . Now I feel much better , there is still something to work on, but a lot has already been done .

I am glad that you were able to get help. My friend is receiving online therapy. Our clinics are open again, and it is possible to talk to therapists face-to-face, but many people prefer online therapy because it is safer at the moment.
