Collins Hill School Class of 2002 graduate Amy Goetz is very happy that the class ring that was lost when she went to visit Jacksonville Florida to celebrate her graduation from high school will return to her possession soon.
Amy can thank Jacksonville Florida resident John W. Porcella who likes to go to the beach with his metal detector to look for objects of value everyday as his form of relaxation found her class ring buried in the sand.
John made the decision to find the whereabouts of Amy since he wanted to return the missing class ring to her as an act of honesty.
When John was able to find out that Amy lives in Gwinnett County Georgia, he contacted the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Office to inform them the good news.
A deputy from the Gwinnett County Sheriff's Office contacted Amy at her home to inform her that her missing ring would be mailed to her by John who lives in Jacksonville.
Amy was so happy that her missing high school class ring that went missing for 18 years will be back in her possession soon.

@SHOHANA I know what you mean since most lost items in beaches are gone forever.

You are right since the Jacksonville area has been hit with storms that could have sent the ring to the Atlantic Ocean during the 18 years after it was lost.

@rakski John will be rewarded by the Lord in the future since he did a honest act of returning a lost ring to the owner of the ring.
