Simple Gujarati Dish

Good Afternoon to All,
Its almost lunchtime here and soon we are going to take lunch, so I thought let me post today one simple Gujarati Dish which we take in our routine food.
As you can see in photo from right, there are one Veg sabji, one Panner sabji, Rice, Dal and in middle big round thing is Roti and on it that one is Papad. You can also see in behind that salad and butter milk too.
This is just a simple dish which available most of my place and this one took at one town where I went for service which is also a beautiful village too. It's the best thing to eat food in village as they have everything fresh and pure.
I love to enjoy this dish and soon I will be post another dish and hope some people will be shock after seen that dish so stay tune for it. Have a great new week to all of you my friends.

@amitkokiladitya Gujarati people likes mostly sweet things but in dishes we have everything like in sweet mistan or farshan, Sabji one spicy one medium and also curd too. I will soon post another Dish and sure you will like it more as there will many things in it.

Wow! That's a complete Gujrati thali. I think all states have a similar kind of thali with different taste and I love thalis from all state.

Its still half and soon i will posted full
. Yes each state has their own speciality and my favourite is Punjabi.I like south Indian food a lot too. If we want to enjoy full of food then going to eat full dish.

@arunima25 Undhiyu is most famous dish which people are crazy behind it. You are invited to eat it as soon more thali will come.

@birjudanak I love the full Gujarati thali especially the one with undeyo. I love undeyo and it tops the list of my favorite dishes. Your thali makes me hungry though I had lunch just some time back.

I was working in company which providing service in diamond industry. I was service Engineer there and they sent me for work at bhavnagar

Its a roti made with mix of grains and maida. Its our regular food of routine.
