It's Important to Demand Receipt for our Purchases

Yes, we should do this. It will help us with our claims had problem arises even if the purchase is just small amount. Here, not all shops use the cash registered machine so if you want proof of purchase, you need to ask for the official receipt. Unlike the CRM, where the sales tape is also considered an official receipt of your purchases and given to you later after you pay. This is my lesson when I did not ask for receipt for the bulb that I purchased. I want to return it but I do not have proof to raise my dispute. It was just a small amount but the fact that the seller action is not good, it must be rectified.

Yes I agree with you. Small shops don't give bills for our purchases, if you want return those they don't accept. I am also facing lot of issues in my journey

So it also happens in your place. I thought, it's only here. Though, it's not considered small store, they just don't use POS machine that generates auto receipt.

Store, such as using POS have automatically print it but some stores do not use POS machine and they will only use manual receipt in which you need to ask if they do not issue.

It is pretty hard to argue about a purchase if you don't have a receipt.

I always get the receipt of what I purchased. I can use it when I have to complain.

That's right. If a store does not issue, we should ask. Although, it's mandatory to issue, there are some who does not.

I agree. Sometimes if no receipt, the seller can scam us back
