What's for dinner tonight?

I just got back from swimming and am feeling pretty lazy. I thought of ordering some sushi, but decided to try something new from Stouffer's, the brand that has been consistently good recently. This time I went for baked chicken with gravy and mashed potatoes. I imagine it will taste like their turkey with stuffing and mashed potatoes. But this looks like one big chunk of chicken, not a lot of little slices. Any bets on whether I'll like it? What are you having (or did you have) for dinner on this temperate and calm Monday evening?

I think it was still in the oven when I wrote this. It was quite good, though I think I slightly prefer the turkey (because of the stuffing). Still, I'd buy this again if there was no turkey dinner available.

Actually, chicken salad with some toast sounds quite good to me. As long as you don't put pickles in there. I love dill pickles, but not in chicken, tuna or egg salad.
