I posted a photo the other night at my FB. That was during at midnight when I was still awake and did not go to bed yet since I have a huge meal early evening. Some friends said that I look bigger in the photo but the truth of that is I lost weight more than 11lbs of my weight last March before the quarantine. I hit the scale then at 176lbs. Some of my upper clothes that doesn't fit during that time is wearable now.

When you look bigger in your photo, does it mean you are fat?

I think they said it because they are used to seeing me and in their eyes, I get bigger in the photo especially that it's was a close up shot.

Clothes sometimes make us fatter than we really are.

Yes, that's right. I have a weighing scale and I can say that I lost some founds so I'm not getting fatter as what they see in my photo.

@ZedSmart I was told that the camera can put on 10 pounds. Congrats on losing the weight. You should be very proud of yourself.

Yes, I was happy that I lost that but at the same time, I feel weary since it was fast and I did not put myself under a weight loss program.

It's good that you have lost a little weight. You will not need to buy new clothes now.

Yes, for now especially that the basic need is far more important.

@ZedSmart I think many younger people might think more about putting a few savings away in case of an emergency such as this. No-one ever expected that they might suddenly lose their income virtually overnight.

Ouch. Hopefully nobody said to me like that since I'm just at home since lockdown

I don't know if losing weight in as little as three months is good.

I worried a bit since I did not done any weight loss program. Maybe, I just lowered my food intake since I just stayed at home and nothing much to think unlike then when I still work before the lockdown.
