Back from the gym

This morning my sister, friend, and I had a 7 am training session outside at the gym. It was leg day. This is what we did: SEVEN ROUNDS 1) Box step up (5L/5R) 2) Romanian deadlift (10) 3) Push ups (10) 4) Goblet squat (5) 5) Suitcase carry (50'L/50'R) The finisher was alternating jump rope and kettlebell swings. I did planks instead of jumping rope because I am legit terrible at that. All in all it wasn't a tough workout. Next session is Thursday at 7 am!

My daughter has been doing some of the outside gym work as well, we have had resort to videos from youtube .
