Waiting for the delivery

I ordered a blue tooth headset for my son 15 days back. And it still hasn't been delivered. The expected date was 29 th June which has been crossed already. It still lies in the warehouse somewhere in the neighbouring city.
I contacted the store call centre and they asked me to wait for another four days for the matter to be resolved.

I hope that it gets to you soon. I have an item that I am waiting on as well. I bought yarn from a mylotter and she sent it the same day I bought it. She's only a few states away but the item is still not here. I bought another item from the same state she is in and have already received it. It is because one item came fed ex and the item I am waiting on is coming regular postal mail.

@amitkokiladitya I was on etsy.com and looking for a specific type of yarn and she had it. I noticed that the picture she had on etsy and the picture she had on mylot were the same, so I bought from her instead of browsing more. I am still waiting on the package because of the postal service here. She sent it out the same day, but it still hasn't arrived here.

When we order online it takes 3 to 5 days to arrive. Why your order takes too long?

They said they lack manpower..I think they are waiting for orders to get accumulated in bulk so that they can deliver them
