Hello everyone. I hope your day is going well. It is 78 degrees F and cloudy here at the Jersey Shore. I think we are expecting some thunderstorms this afternoon and evening. It has been a quiet day here so far which is always a good thing. After the gym I came back here and made buttermilk pancakes. I haven't had them in forever. There is enough batter for another day or two's worth of breakfasts. I may just make them and freeze them to have on hand when I don't feel like cooking. After breakfast I took a nice long bath and then tried to nap but I wasn't very successful with that. I finally got up around 12:30 pm. Now I'm eating some watermelon chunks for my lunch. I'm not super hungry. What's everyone else up to today?

Nothing going on today. The rest of the week will be fairly busy. I'll try and post about that. Pancakes sound wonderful. My favorite is blueberry pancakes with blueberry syrup.

I don't like fruit in my food and I don't like syrup at all. I have just plain pancakes (or waffles) with butter and that's it.

I was starting to pack and prepare for my trip. It took me awhile to get the Chromebook up and running, since I don't want to bother dragging my big computer on the trip.

We had thunder here earlier. Went out on the bike and we both got soaked. 5 minutes after we left the heavens opened and it got worse as we reached our destination. Then got even more soaked coming home again. My internet has been on and off all day, I did get an email saying so. So havent done much else at all and at almost 8pm its not likely I will be doing much at all That is until midnight, then my wife Yvonne turns 60 years old.
