Here's my walking exercise based on my health app monitor I completed 7.08 kilometers for 91 minutes going back and forth within the city.
Here are my workout details:

Distance: 10.41 kilometers
Workout calories: 1,278 calories
Steps: 13,384 steps

Not yet. I did my household chores and dancing exercise this morning. Maybe later I will walk if the weather will stay the same as this morning. sunny and cool

That's wonderful. I have heard about that sports but I have never seen it how is it played personal except in TV or even gone to the golf course.

Hear we have lock down so not possible to go out. Walking also not going ,but you did good job. Keep going.
