What movies about dancing do you know?

I'm 18 and I love dancing so I decided to start again! I first enrolled in a dancing class when I was 16, but I had to stop so I could focus on my university studies more.
I can't attend any classes now so I'm trying to learn mostly from youtube videos.
I wonder if you can suggest me any movies about dancing?
I noticed that watching movies keeps me extremely motivated and I just tend to work harder after that!

Have you seen Flashdance? I think it was a great dancing movie. And of course "Dirty Dancing." "West Side Story" was not strictly a dancing movie, but it featured some amazing dancing in it. For old movies "Singing in the Rain" or "American in Paris" had some superb dancing in them. Someone else mentioned Gene Kelly. Oh, and "White Nights" that had Mikhail Barishnikov and Gregory Hines starring. There are many, many good dance movies.

Watch Fred Astaire & Ginger Rogers, or Gene Kelly (with or without Donald O’Connor).
Of course, it might make you give up.

Dirty dancing is the first movie to come to mind. But if you are not concerned about language and are focused only in dancing, two recent movies in Bollywood are good for contemporary style. One is ABCD..Any Body Can Dance released in 2013 and ABCD 2 released in 2015. They have stunning dances.

Dirty Dancing is a nice movie with dancing. But it depends on what sort of dance you like. I saw a movie about how Nureyev worked in this academy. And there are several Spanish movies with flamenco dance.

Dirty Dancing, Save the Last Dance, all the Step Up movies, White Christmas, Flashdance, Footloose, Black Swan (sort of? it's more of a thriller/scary movie but it has dancing in it) Burlesque, Hairspray. that's all I can think of that I've seen
