Canada Day Update

Hello everyone, and Happy Canada Day! Today in 1867, Canada became a country.
Usually there are big celebrations across the country with thousands of people in attendance, but due to the current pandemic a lot of celebrations will be held virtually via Facebook or YouTube, etc.
I won't be going anywhere today. It's raining and I don't have anywhere I would want or need to go anyway, LoL. Just staying home with Aleister and Jay.
Might take some cute pics of Aleister in his Canada outfit later. Will post if I do!

Happy Canada Day. Hopefully by next year things would be all sorted out and we all can have our big celebrations and social gatherings back.

Yes, I still think even if it gets sorted out I will keep my social gatherings a lot smaller. Thank you!

@MissNikki I think that would be a new norm. Even if the pandemic fades away, the fear will linger on for quite long. There would be a lot of changes in every aspect of life in post covid period.

I have some family in Toronto but I have not been there in a long time! I used to work in Vancouver as well and I do live close to it. Take care!

A very happy Canada Day to you. I posted a song by Ian Tyson (one of my favorite Canadian singer/songwriters) on my Facebook wall to honor the day.
I’ve only been across the border (Windsor and Niagara Falls), but I know it’s a gorgeous country!!!!! So happy that we’re neighbors (sorry, neighbours
