Silly fashion history. This lady was arrested for wearing a bathing suit. This was circa the late 1800s, early 1900s. It made me laugh because I had just seen another article where a lady was arrested for wearing a “bikini”, circa 1950s. It was in a publication that shares rare historical photos. Then in 2016, I read about women being banned from the beaches for wearing a “burkini”. Oy vey! Can the fashion police please make up their minds? Why aren't men ever arrested?

Fashion is a sensitive issue which public can and everyone can perceive it diffently that's where Government try to look at public interest and laws whether they are brocken or not.

I've heard about this before. It seems rather silly to our modern viewpoints. I feel sorry for those women and I agree - Men should be arrested too!
