I will have my pork chop for dinner. I will go immediately to fry it. I have 2 leftovers to have as sides. One is lentils but I already ate them at lunch. The other are some cooked chards. I can make creamed chard before they spoil. And I can either have my coffee with ice cream or just have ice cream for dessert. Now I´m to the kitchen. I am reading an Agatha Christie book for free in the Gutenberg project.

Had baked pork chops for dinner. With bread crumbs. Very good. Enjoy!

I finally did not eat the pork chop. But when I saw your picture, I thought I could do it that way tomorrow,

I would have preferred bread crumbs if I could share them with somebody. I am bored to be alone

I read a lot of Agatha Christie's books. My favorite of them all was her autobiography which I read years ago.

Hope you enjoyed your chop. Agatha Christie wrote some great books. I was impressed when I learnt she is regarded as one of the first women to ride a surfboard standing up. Every time her name is mentioned I have to trot out that piece of information.

I deciding on having the pork chop later and I´m taking a mug of coffee with ice cream now. Meanwhile I have been talking with both of my daughters. I have to be near the charger as my old cellphone does not have much battery. And it is not the time to buy another.

@marguicha In a sense, that is good, or we would be in trouble with weight problem. Ouch, that reminds me, I have 1.5 chocolate cakes to eat up (I tried out a recipe, a success, but my family is out, to friends here and there...).
