presents and birthday cards

everyone likes getting presents, but i really like buying them. i like coming up with new ideas for birthday cards. i try to listen to people when they are talking about the things they like or need and i like to surprise them with that.
when i came back from my college town, i bought a present for everyone in my family and my boyfriend because i wasn't here for his birthday because of the exams. we were all drinking coffee and i got up to get something from my bag and came back with small presents for everyone and they were so surprised.
i really love seeing people being like that.
since it was my dad's birthday too, i made him a birthday card. i did a copy of a page from my index (where we get grades) and i graded his support, humor, love and other good characteristics - all A+.
last year i made a little book for my best friend - we used to post about our adventures and i found our old photos and posts and put them in one "40-ish page book".
i once got a whole notebook as a birthday card. my friend really surprised me and made me laugh.
i like to think of getting people presents and i think that we should give presents more often. it doesn't have to be something expensive or big, it can be a little thing, but mean so much.

When we do things for other then that happiness always more then do things for ourselves. Its a very good thing and when those people happy which makes us more happy. You did a great work.

I love giving presents to people. I like choosing them or making them - thinking about what the recipient likes and what would make them happy. The last gift I gave someone was a birthday present we posted for my son's cousin. The last time I gave someone a gift, as in handed it to them directly, was my son's 15th birthday. He is a gamer and he loves Nintendo so we got him some games and other bits.

@aureategloom I made something for my sister for her birthday. I knew she'd like it because it had her favourite animal (a panda) on it, and because she always loves things that people make for her. When she told me she loved it, I wasn't sure if she was humouring me because I'd had a grump about things I made not being very good. Then my mum told me that my sister had told her about the gift so I knew she was genuinely excited about it!

me and my friends also practice writing "birthday songs" for each other, we always have so much fun doing it. i'm thinking of some presents for two of my cousins and one friend. but i will get those when i go to the college town.

I realllly like preparing presents for my loved ones too!!
I like getting/making things that I think they'll like and then surprising them, the best part is to see how happy they get

that's what i'm talking about. i like to write some funny and nice stuff too, to make them remember that they are so good and that they deserve the best.
