Good Time For Investing ?

Due to the pandemic and stuffs, I think the economic is getting unstable or something. A lot of stuffs have higher price than usual, work is kind of stopped here and there.
I suddenly think about investing. Do you have some investation, like passive income or something ? And what is your suggestion for investation these days ?
I personally came up with investing on gold, From what I saw the price of gold is always going up year by year

I invested in mutual fund and stock exchange because currently it were at low before and once this virus issue will solve, it will rapid increase.

@Lavanya15 Yes because i don't think this opportunity will come again as it was before in 2007. If they go down 20 % which was below then limit which means it will definitely recover 10% for sure. Yes and most important thing is to invest in right place and with right share.

I wouldn't recommend investing around this time, since companies and businesses could go bankrupt well before we get a vaccine. Although if it were possible, maybe try investing in the medical industry?
And most prices will go back to normal when the pandemic ends, so you would be wasting your money if you hope that it could get higher.
And as for gold, it's a good investment if you're willing to store it for a long time.

Yes gold is good investment. On comparing three months before and current rate it changes nearly 30% up lol. But investing in gold we need huge money for decent profits.

I think it's always wise to keep precious metals in your investment portfolio ( remember to always keep it diversified) to serve as hedge or added protection incase of a recession or depression, pandemic or no pandemic I think people should keep some if they could afford it.

@Suhendra7 you can add silver, it's not heavy on the pocket and affordable for those with little to invest. Some also add platinum to their portfolio. Diamond is a precious stone or gem, you would need more money to invest in them. Another good thing to add to invest in for me is cryptocurrency.

oh yeah now that you speak precious metals, what is the common metals other than gold? maybe is it diamond or something? Gold is the only metal that pops on my mind when thinking about it

@vladislav Yes the good side from it, when u buy it and forget about it, 2 or 3 years later you remember you will be happy because the price is so different ( Based on experience )

Because of this pandemic i prefer for saving my money than invest it. Because the situation is not normal, and maybe we will need more money for family.
