Do you know betel leaf? It is vine plant and the leaf is heart-shaped. There are green, red and black black. We use it for traditional medication.

I am not sure if that is the same betel leaf that old folks used to chew with the nut.

@nawala123 here it is called Ikmo and the nut is called Nganga.

@Alexandoy the nut is called "pinang". Usually people from eastern Indonesia still eat this. It may cause teeth become reddish
