Rummaging in my old files, look what I got....
Seriously, this post is just to make you think of what you have to think when you are looking at that old picture of mine. I was 115 pounds in that frame of 5 feet, 7 and 1/2 inches. That is a shot by our instamatic camera.

I look back at old pictures of myself and think what a handsome looking guy I was! And then when I stop laughing hysterically, I realize I sure was a crazy guy back in my younger days.

@TheHorse the picture was only for a show, waheehee. But it is not edited, no filter. You are skinny for a wrestler. Maybe you should be eating more to gain weight. Is that the flyweight division you were in?

@Alexandoy Wait a minute. 5' 7 1/2." 120 or so lbs. That describes ME when I was a top wrestler in my weight class at my high school. I was being serious (well, maybe not). How could you not win?

I don't do workout and the only exercise I do in the morning is push ups. I was doing 50 push ups during that time.

@Janet357 yes, until now I drink milk 2 or 3 times in the week, always for breakfast. I have Cowhead milk with Cadbury chocolate powder for breakfast this morning.
