How to make salt duck egg

Hello all, today i share about how to make salt egg a. Soak the eggs in water for 2 minutes. b. Clean the eggs, make sure no crack on the shell. Egg with cracked shell should not be used c. Mix crushed bricks or ash with water. Mix well, not too runny. Make a shape like pasta. Add salt, and then stir again. d. Marinate the eggs with the mix approximately 3 cm in thickness. e. Put the eggs one by one into a bucket f. Sprinkle the eggs that have been smeared with earth with crushed bricks to taste. Let them for 14 days. g. After all processes are complete. Boil the eggs on low heat for 1 hour. me. You can also be steam the eggs in 1 hour.
