We often listen to songs in language that we dont know, like in Hindi, Japanese, Arabic, etc. Why can we enjoy enjoy them in case we don't understand the lyrics?

This reminds me of some foreign songs that were popular. One in particular is the theme song of Voltes V which is a Japanese song that children here have memorized.
