I think this is the first time in this week that I have got some time at a stretch to be here. It was a long day at work and I worked from 9 AM to 1: 30 with a break of 20 minutes in between. And as soon as I was done with the work, I was too hungry. We had vegetable rice with curd for lunch. Since Friday is packed with work, I opted for a quick lunch dish. And I used rice cooker to cook it so that I don't need to check in between if it is cooked.
. It saves my attention and also the rice from getting overcooked or burnt.
. We generally cook the rice in pot. But I guess, rice cooker will come handy on Fridays.
It's 2:15 here and I am done with my delicious lunch. My another online session starts in one hour. So till then I can be here mylotting
knocking off the old notifications would be my main focus here for another hour. I might loose some old notifications if I don't do that today. I wish the older notifications came on top. I have to scroll down each time to answer the old ones.
Weather is cloudy since morning and sun is playing hide and seek. It rained and drizzled the whole night. We have got too much rain in last few days and so water clogging has happened at many places. Due to this pandemic, many people are house arrested and working and studying from home. If it would have been a regular pre Covid day, I am sure traffic clogging due to rain would have been a big problem on a day like this.
So here I go to my notifications

@arunima25 We are not required to go as we are working online. Even then when we have an mportant thing to do we can come but we need to submit a waiver of liability.

How is it at workplace in this covid era?? I am still not sure when we will be back to our workplace. It does not seem to be any soon with sky rocketing cases here.

@cherigucchi Yes most of the organizations and companies are making people work from home as much as possible. Only those who need to be physically present need to go out. I and my family are not stepping out. We all can work and study online.

Sounds like a busy day.
Yeah. Even I have felt the same or else if there is a " filter or sort " button, we can just sort out the notifications we want on the top ,so that it will be quite easier to handle.

You are very busy due to your online classes my friend.
In my home we also cook rice in a pot,so need to check always. But my wife doing this activities regularly.
I agree cooker save lot of time,hope you enjoying now in mylotting.

We use rice cooker very rarely. We too cook rice in pot. It saves electricity and rice also is softer in a pot and tastes better. I am enjoying mylotting. And I can be here till my students join. I have opened another window for the class.

I am busy with work and home chores but still love to come here. It helps me relax and I also love my extra earnings here.I use my rice cooker only on days when I am busy else we prefer to cook in pot.
