It'll Only Take a 'Few Years'? No duh!

Some news headlines make you laugh. Like this one about a new startup which is a joint endeavor between Zukerberg and Dorsey. Apparently they bought a new company and hired this lady to run it. The headline says that she says she'll lead the company to profitability in a “few years”.
A few years? NO duh! Yeah that's usually the typical amount of time a CEO gets before the real owners give 'em DA BOOT for not producing! 
Hope she saves her money from that sweet paycheck she'll be getting for about the next 3 years. Cause IF her labors don't yield “fruit” she will be sent PACKING!!

I wanna do another puzzle too. I think all I have left in the 10-in-1 box is two 100 piece puzzles. Those will be fairly quick.

I like Business Insider's article, although I rarely checked it these days. This is new information for me

I hope she is able to deliver as she promises.
It's 8 PM here. I am relaxing a bit with mylotting after dinner. Will clean kitchen, do dishes, iron few clothes before calling it a day.

A lady CEO was hired when Tumblr was acquired by YAHOO. She didn't really accomplish anything memorable because Tumblr execs were smart enough to sell Tumblr to another corporation. Verizon Media acquired Tumblr from YAHOO and then sold it to the owner of WordPress. So now the parent company of WordPress, Automattic owns Tumblr. Being a CEO for a few years is sweet if your company keeps getting bought and sold.
