Hey everyone, how are you all doing? I hope well. So, I was halfway on track today. I had two meals - 1 was super low carb, the 2nd one was not. I did 2 hours of working out though - so we will see what the scale says tomorrow. What did the scale say today after taking the weekend off completely? Starting weight - 189.4 Last weigh in - 172.8 (7/10/2020) Today - 177.4. - Once again I up almost 5 pounds....but I am still down from last Monday. What did I eat today? Like I said, I started the day out good with a super low carb meal. We went out for brunch, and I had two 1/3 pound patties with a slice of cheese. But later at my mom's I wanted to have carbs, so I did. I had some popcorn chicken, and some potato rounds (kind of like tater tots). Then, I had some ice cream for dessert. Yes, I tracked that...so it is included in my numbers. Okay - onto the numbers. Calories - 1,526 (approx.) Protein - 80 Fat - 91 Net carbs - 91 Water - 24 oz Workout minutes - 133 Calories burned - 1,016 Steps - 14,794 So it was not a totally bad day numbers wise....but I know I should have ate low carb the rest of the day. I just struggle because I hate eating low carb with being a picky eater. I'd love to be able to stick to it fully one day....but I am not there yet. You did well considering. I played tennis for 2 1/2 hours yesterday and walked in the baking sun downhill and uphill for 3 hours with hubby and my son. I lost two pounds. Ugh! Not a fun way to lose it.

Well I do really need to get back on track....but it is tough. Wow, sounds like a rough way to lose it....that's a lot of exercise!
