An animal lover rescue an injured bald eagle on an interstate in Minnesota

Sam Ratuski who is a person who loves animals since he is a person who grew up in the outdoors, risked his life to rescue an injured bald eagle that was laid out on the median on Interstate 35 W near Minneapolis,
Sam was driving his truck on the Interstate near Minneapolis when he saw the injured eagle.
Despite the strong possibility of Sam being hit a speeding auto, Sam was able to pick up the injured eagle when a Minnesota State Police Officer stopped by to see what was going on with Sam picking up an injured bird on the highway.
When the police officer found out that Sam was just taking care of an injured animal, the police officer contacted an official with the Minnesota Department Of Natural Resources who took the eagle to an animal hospital where the eagle will likely be cured of his injury.
I have to show my respect to Sam since it takes a lot of courage to stop an a truck on the side of an interstate to rescue an injured animal.

You are right since Sam did risk his life to save an injured eagle on a busy highway since the autos are driving at high speed and they cannot stop on a dime.

That is so heartwarming to hear. I am the same way with animals I want to help them. If that is him with the eagle in the photo I have to say the eagle looks very happy to be helped.

That is true since autos on interstates do not always slow down when they see someone trying to cross the road.
