. I have joined few groups on Facebook to know if there are any easy opportunities to earn but till now there isn't any that catch my attention or I attract towards joining but I see these posts regularly where users are selling YouTube Account with large number of subscribers etc.
I like to know if buying these accounts help them? Do you have any idea about it?

I advise you not to buy any of those accounts before inspecting them first. Scammers are everywhere. 
Plus, whether or not you can make profit from such account lay entirely on your hand. Can you make good video that will attract good amount of audience? What is your favorite niche?

They does not sell at reasonable price and I guess they have tips to gain so many subscribers so make money by selling

Yes because sometimes some user have no number minimum follower to reach payout so maybe for it they buy and with maximum visibly as its now not easy to earn on YouTube.
