I'm expecting a day of rain. We didn't get what they expected yesterday, though we need the rain, so if it rains today, it will be good. Temps are on the rise again and so is the humidity.
I had a good workout in the pool this morning. Considering the amount of sleep I've gotten lately, I didn't want to get up but go back to sleep. However, the pool felt great and I'm no longer tired. I was in bed by 7:15 last night. I was exhausted after getting up by 1:30 AM two days in a row. I had over 6 hours last night and it felt good and why I still wanted to go back to sleep instead of getting up.
Right now, I'm going to head to Wal-Mart and Aldi for a few things before the rain starts, which it looks like it will soon. Then I will be back here to interact with you for the rest of the day. I just finished with Vendetta and getting a good idea now in the direction the book is going.
Before I leave, here are yesterday's numbers.

Only one basic meal yesterday. I took the bananas with me to the hospital so I would have something to eat after the blood draw. They provided the unsweetened applesauce cup which really helped until I got home and ate around 4 PM. The scale was also nice again today. So, I'm going with an overall win for yesterday.
How did you do with food and exercise yesterday? Thanks for reading. Time to head out. I'll be back. Image courtesy of Pixabay.

@just4him Oh!! Please!! I know you are a God-Blessed-Child! I will start a thorough diet regime after a few years. Today, I am planning to eat Chicken Masala prepared by my wife! [High Calorie]
I will be posting the snap of this dish as well!

Sorry about the bad weather in your place.
It rained here and still windy. Glad that you did great with your diet. I had some ham and cheese for breakfast and some cheesy vegetable macaroni for dinner

We have had a rainy day so far which is needed to keep us off the drought monitor for another week after last eek rain help us exit the list. It is a good light steady shower right now which is the best kind, but it is keeping me from walking across the highway to Dollar General to get a couple of things. Hope you get some good showers too

It was sprinkling when I went shopping. We're supposed to get some heavy storms. I hope we get rain. We need it. We're not nearing drought status and our lawns are nice and green, but this is the time of year when rain plays hide and seek. It's cloudy and looks like rain, so it could happen at any time.
