U S Coast Guard rescues two passengers who fled a fishing boat that caught fire

Two passengers who were aboard a fishing boat that caught fire near Cape Lookout in North Carolina on Thursday morning.
One of the passengers called out a distress signal to report that the fishing boat was taken on water and sinking after it caught fire.
A 47 foot boat that was at the Fort Macon Coast Guard station went to the scene of the fire and with the assistance of a U S Navy ship Patuxent were able to assist the couple get aboard the coast guard boat to return to the shore where the couple who wearing life jackets and riding in a life raft were reunited with their loved ones.
Even though the fishing vessel sank into the sea outside of the channel, no one was injured.
The U S Coast Guard did their duty to save lives in trouble once again.

I agree with you since a boat can be replaced. Their lives cannot be replaced.
