It Gets Cloudy, Windy, Dark But No Rain

It's behaving like that from few days and in a way it's so irritating because when it's cloudy it does get so humid and when it's windy and cloudy, we expect rain but when it doesn't arrive we feel bad and feel it's bad luck.
Today too it's very cloudy and windy in the morning but no rain and I have already stopped looking at the weather forecast because most of the times it's wrong

That's good. Here we see Dark clouds but probably they are empty so no rain

@Butterfingers The way our temps are now, I'm afraid if it rained it would only make it more humid instead of cooling things off.
