Randy Holmes is a very thankful person who reunited with his service dog Scrappy who according to Randy may have been stolen from him when Randy was driving his vehicle in a construction zone when his vehicle stopped.
Randy contacted the Memphis police to report the theft since he suffers from PTSD from his time serving in the military.
Thanks to a local Memphis television station named WREG, Randy pleaded for anyone to find his dog and return his best friend back to him.
After the news story aired, Randy and his girlfriend received many calls claiming that they saw his dog.
On Monday, Randy found Scrappy behind a Family Dollar store which was in the area where eyewitness claimed they saw the dog. Even though Scrappy had lost weight and a scrape on his hip, a woman who took care of Scrappy fed him Vienna sausages.
Scrappy is in good health. Randy is thankful to reunite with his best friend once again.

That is true since I have seen that firsthand with my previous dogs who are no longer with me.

That’s sad that whoever took Scrappy couldn’t even take care of him correctly to just leave him somewhere ):
So glad he is back in his owners arms !

I agree with you since service dogs are the best friends that owners can have as their friends.

I agree with you since service dogs are very valuable to their owners who need them to assist them during their down times.
