The tenant has complained again about the leaks in the ceiling. Of course, I couldn't believe because of the waterproofing we put there a while ago.
But we had it check with a professional and found out that the ones we put in already had gotten loose. That explains the cracks.
So, they're going to remove the old one and replace them with something new. But this time they're putting tiles.

When did you put the waterproofing, a while ago? That means today or yesterday?

Hope this time they fix it well. These small things happening again and again can be a bit of problem. I am sure it is extra cost too to repair it again and again.

We have monsoons coming, forecast the next several days, so I sure hope my roof holds up. The roofs are flat here, which defies logic in a place that gets monsoons in summer and snow in winter. So to me it's crazy to have flat roofs. I'm crossing my fingers mine doesn't leak. I'm glad you're getting new tiles up there on yours.

Hello @CinnamonGrl Yeah it's finally happening, we hope it's the last straw because it will be hard to have them replace again.
