Tim Frappier is being called a hero after he stepped outside of his residence in Connelly Springs on Sunday morning when he noticed a fire in the back of his next door neighbor who could not get out of her trailer since he is disabled. Carolyn Frappier who is the wife of Tim called 911 to report the incident to the authorities as Tim went inside the burning mobile home to save his next door neighbor as well as her two dogs before the firefighters arrived to put out the fire. Fire Inspector Robert Bishop praised Tim for taking the action of saving his next door neighbor since she would have passed away since she could not get out of her burning home due to her disabilities. The neighbor who lost her mobile home is now living with family until her mobile home can be replaced. The condition of the fire victim is that she is thankful that her next door neighbor saved her life on Sunday morning when Tim simply went outside to have a smoke.

Tim is a hero. Curious is Connelly Springs in NC? If so that is where Mike's sister lives.
