Hello everyone, how are you all doing? Well I hope. I am back to share my food/health journey post for the day. First, I will start with the weigh in. Start - 189.4. Yesterday - 177.8 Today - 175.2 I am down 4.2 pounds since getting back on track. Still hoping to get under 170 by the time I see the doctor next week. I want to show some good results on the scale there since I last went in October. Blood sugars? Fasting - 152 Meal 2 - 124 I didn't check as much today, seeing the 124 after meal #2 kind of got me disappointed. I ate as low carb as possible though. So, what did I eat? Meal 1 - Two eggs fried in butter 1 beef frank 2 slices of deli turkey Meal 2 - 1 low carb tortilla shell 1 serving of pulled pork 1 slice of cheese Mayo & no sugar added ketchup "Meal 3" - 4 pieces of my low carb/sugar free tiger fudge I made some more, it is so good. Just three ingredients - peanut butter, sugar free milk chocolate chips, and sugar free white chocolate chips. So - Macros & other numbers? Calories - 1,232 Protein - 64 Fat - 89 Net Carbs - 22 Sugar - 7 Potassium - 1,137 Water - 20 Oz Workout minutes - 80 Calories burned - 659 Steps - 11,675 So what do you think of this day? I know I should eat more real protein - like chicken, ground beef, etc....but usually after my first meal I don't want to eat much the rest of the day...so I pick easy foods, or light foods. Also, how did you do? For those interested, here is one of the workouts I did today: P.S. These ones are fun because he teaches the dance moves step by step and you go over it a million times (not literally....but you get the idea).
You wanted a 1hr. Class well we are working on bringing you our first-hour long class live stream top of August. Stay tuned for the details. FREE Workouts wi...

Your blood sugar is a bit high but your meals and numbers look good. I did well considering I had a day trip.

@MommyOfEli2013 I think it is harder in the summer as you see all the goodies more often.
