White grape juice

If you remember my post about the white grape juice that is not white in color but looks like beer, in the photo is the real white grape juice. It looks like water with no color at all. The difference lies in the pressing of the grapes. The real white is pressed without the skin so there is no coloring whatsoever.

Peeling grapes must be taking a lot of time and so this grape juice might be costly in the market.

That was in a hotel in Taiwan. They had the white grape juice in the buffet breakfast.
