Rainbow outside

I was inside listening to the rain when I became aware that once again, I could see sun coming through my windows. But, also, I could hear a fairly strong rain. So of course I tried to see a rainbow. I looked out the windows but mostly I can see other houses. So I took a walk (with umbrella) down the street to where I could see the sky. By the time I got there it was pale because the sun was starting to go away again, but I could see it! It was pretty close to the top of the trees so I couldn't have seen it from my house. I looked at it as I walked and in a couple of minutes it had faded completely. But then I had a nice energetic walk and I feel great! When did you last see a rainbow? My favorite time was when visiting Sakurajima, a volcano in a bay, and after a day of rain there was a rainbow above the volcano.
