I don't think there is any harm if your body is used to it.

I like to shower in the evening as it akes me sleep better. The only reason I can think of not to would be if going to bed with wet hair would give you a stiff neck.

Perhaps what they meant is, it's not good to take bath only in the evenings because in hot places it's better to take bath during the morning time even if you can't afford the evening bath so as to feel fresh and energetic throughout the day.

5. Fever
If at night the air temperature tends to be hot, then the body temperature will also slightly increase so that the skin pores will open. If we take a shower with cold water, the water can seep into the open skin and eventually make the body's heat temperature mixed with cold water. As a result of bathing tonight will make the immune system decline making it more susceptible to viruses and eventually cause fever.
6. Rheumatism
Bathing at night can possibly cause rheumatic disease. This autoimmune disease occurs in inflammation of the joints, which causes joint pain.
Although the cause of rheumatism is not yet known, but according to health experts, rheumatism is caused by genetic disorders.

If you often take a shower at night after returning from work, you should stop if you do not want to catch a cold. Clean certain parts of the body such as cleaning the face, mouth, hands and feet.
10. Colds
Not only causes colds and fevers, the danger of taking a night bath is the risk of having a cold or nasal congestion.
