Can you exercise in air conditioned room?

Agra, India

I can't do this. Because if I do I end up with a severe headache. It is because of the drastic change in temperature of my body and fast evaporation of sweat. And that is why when it is very hot I have to give up doing my exercise.

I prefer the air conditioning or a fan on me. Too much heat and I feel too faint.

@amitkokiladitya I exercise in my bedroom, my vent is under my bed and so I do not get direct air flow from it.

Yes...I agree. But last month it was so humid that exercising under a fan would have left me dehydrated

I am sorry that you experience this when exercising in an air conditioned room. Personally I have never experienced the issues you describe, but maybe I've not been in a climate that requires very heavily air conditioning, only mild air conditioning to keep rooms cool.

I've never heard of getting a headache like that before, I'm sorry that happens to you. I have to have the AC on or a fan, it gets too hot otherwise. or immediately jump in a cold shower when I'm done.

Are the multi gyms are not all air conditioned? Then how do they do that there. Probably because it is less chillier than in a AC unit at home.
