I have observed that many users are trying to learn Korean and it's because of their love for the Korean dramas which are more popularly known as K-dramas and actually they are madly in love with these K-dramas and that's why they try hard to learn Korean but it's not easy to learn this language. Are you planning to learn any foreign language? What's the reason for choosing that language?

I've never seen those dramas. Usually I only watch the English or Hindi web series.

I did try to learn Korean a long time ago. The grammar was similar to Japanese, so I could pick it up fairly easily (but words are definitely different).

@Butterfingers I was never into K-dramas so it wasn't that. I can't remember but it may have possibly been to impress someone . I have learned Spanish and Mandarin (Chinese) - and I've picked up some Farci (Iranian/Persian) from the places where I worked.

I learnt French at school and always enjoyed it. I brushed up on it when we toured overseas.

I think, it is very rewarding as a Korean Drama fan, KDrama as what we fans call it, to learn their language because it feels like we can connect more to the characters and the drama itself. Of course, it also give you more confidence as an individual when you learn a new language
